GSIS Boys Varsity Soccer Team Win the 2012 KAIAC Division I Conference Championship

On a rainy Wednesday afternoon, the GSIS Boys Varsity Soccer team suited up to play Daegu American High School in what became the final game of the regular season. The Knights overwhelmed the opponents in a 7-0 win which led to an uncontested conference championship win for the 2012 season.
Until yesterday, Seoul Foreign School dominated the varsity soccer scene winning every championship since 2002, until that is, they faced the mighty Knights of GSIS! This has been GSIS' most successful run as a team and the school's first Division I Soccer Championship in our six year history. Congratulations to coaches Dellos and Wiese and especially to our scholar athletes who have made this a spectacular season! Now on to the KAIAC Tournament!
