Teachers' Job Description and Role Model Policy GSIS seeks experienced, highly qualified, certified teachers who are not only highly competent instructors, but who also desire to guide students on the path of learning within a biblical worldview context. Applicants worldwide are encouraged to apply, particularly those possessing the following: a graduate degree in an appropriate field, IB experience, previous cross-cultural experience, and at least two years of teaching experience. An overseas direct hire (ODH) applicant's spouse should also be a certified teacher for whom a job opening is available.
